About these terms

These terms apply when you place an order with Sugar & Sall, a home bakery based in London, UK, operated by Geyna. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & quotes

• All orders are subject to availability. We'll confirm your order and provide a final price before any payment is taken.
• Custom cake quotes are personalised based on design, size, flavours, and delivery distance. Prices given on the website are starting prices and may vary.
• Treat box prices are fixed as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
• We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for custom cake orders. Platter orders require at least 5 days' notice.

Payment

• Treat boxes are paid in full at the time of ordering via Stripe.
• Custom cakes and platters may require a 50% deposit to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of delivery/collection.
• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the delivery date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery may forfeit the deposit, as ingredients may have already been purchased.
• If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.
• If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.

Allergies & dietary

All products are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are free from traces of allergens.

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies before we begin preparing your order.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within London. Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be confirmed with your quote.
• Treat boxes are posted via Royal Mail and delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.
• Collection may be available by arrangement.

Images & designs

Photos on this website are for illustration purposes. As every cake and treat is handmade, there may be slight variations from images shown. Custom cake designs will be discussed and agreed with you before we begin.

Liability

Sugar & Sall is a registered home bakery. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any allergic reactions where allergen information was not disclosed to us prior to the order.
